For employers
Reliable people, ready when your floor needs them
We cover the operational roles that keep sites running — matched on standards and reliability, not just who happens to be free. We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within one business day.

Three ways to bring people in
Temporary
Temporary staffing
Flexible cover for peaks, absence and seasonal demand. Vetted workers briefed on your site before they arrive, scaled up or down as the workload moves.
- Single shifts through to rolling weekly cover
- Workers briefed on your site rules and layout in advance
- Timesheets and holiday handled by us, not your team
Temp-to-perm
Temp-to-perm
Bring people in on a temporary basis, see how they work on your floor, and move the right ones onto your own payroll when you are ready — subject to our written terms.
- A working trial in the real role, not a paper interview
- Transfer the people who prove themselves, on agreed terms
- One conversation to convert — we handle the paperwork
Permanent
Permanent recruitment
For operational, supervisory and selected skilled roles you need to get right first time. We shortlist against your standards, not just availability.
- Screened against the role, references confirmed
- A managed shortlist, not a CV dump
- Support through onboarding, not just placement
Workforce pilot
DWS Workforce Pilot
A controlled starting point — typically 2–5 workers for a defined role, shift and agreed period, so you can see how we work before scaling. Standard staffing charges apply; this is not a free trial.
- A defined headcount, role and time period agreed upfront
- The same matching and right-to-work checks as any placement
- A natural step into ongoing temporary or permanent cover
From brief to boots on the floor
- 01
Enquiry received
You share the brief. We aim to acknowledge every employer enquiry within one business day, and assess urgent requirements as quickly as we reasonably can.
- 02
We qualify the role
Duties, location, headcount, dates, shift pattern, pay rate, experience, licences, PPE and site health-and-safety requirements — confirmed before we quote.
- 03
Terms agreed
We check your account and agree assignment terms, then confirm the quote. VAT will be added where applicable.
- 04
Matched, checked, briefed
Candidates are matched to the role, screened — including right-to-work — and briefed on your site before you confirm the booking.
- 05
On site, monitored
Workers attend on the agreed date. We monitor attendance and handle exceptions directly, keeping you updated rather than leaving you to chase.
- 06
Timesheets and beyond
Approved hours flow into payroll and invoicing. We then review how it went and talk through repeat or expanded supply where it makes sense.
