Privacy notice
How we handle personal data when you enquire about staff, register for work or contact us.
Last updated September 2026
This notice explains how Deeptalent Workforce Solutions (DWS) handles your personal data. It applies to employers who enquire about staffing, workers who register with us, and anyone who contacts us through this website.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Deeptalent Platform Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17377493, with its registered office at 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London, E14 8PX. For any privacy question, email privacy@deeptalentworkforce.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Employer enquiry details — company name, contact name, job title, email, telephone, site location and the requirements you share about a role.
- Worker registration details — name, contact details, home postcode, right-to-work status, roles sought, experience, availability, and any licences or cards relevant to the work.
- Messages and information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not collect bank/payroll details or identity documents through this website. Where those are needed, we collect them securely at onboarding — never through a public form or ordinary email.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To assess staffing requirements, identify suitable workers and manage assignments — on the basis of our legitimate interests and steps taken to enter into a contract.
- To complete right-to-work and role-appropriate checks — to meet our legal obligations and the requirements of an assignment.
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To send optional job alerts or updates — only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share worker information with client employers only where relevant to a specific assignment, and with service providers who help us operate (for example our CRM and payroll processes) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@deeptalentworkforce.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
