The work we staff, and where we’re careful
We’re honest about what’s live now and what’s coming. Some sectors are open for enquiries under controlled conditions, and some are Phase 2 until the right checks and insurance are in place. Serving employers and workers across Banbury, Oxford, Bicester, Brackley, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Northampton, North Oxfordshire and selected surrounding areas.
Eight sectors, three states
Live sectors are supplying now. Controlled sectors accept enquiries but we don’t deploy until role, competence, health & safety and insurance are confirmed. Phase 2 sectors aren’t marketed as available yet.
Warehousing & Logistics
Warehouse operatives, pickers/packers, goods-in, dispatch, loading/unloading and yard/site-support.
Manufacturing & Production
Production operatives, assembly, packing, line support and general manufacturing roles.
Facilities & Industrial Cleaning
Industrial/warehouse cleaning, hygiene and site support, subject to site requirements.
Construction
Labourers, traffic marshals, site operatives and CSCS workers. No deployment until role/site requirements, competence/cards, H&S and appropriate insurance are confirmed.
Security
Security officers, door supervisors, CCTV operators and event security. No deployment until correct SIA licence and appropriate insurance/compliance are confirmed.
Food, Beverage & Bakeries
Not marketed as currently available. Activated only after the applicable Fair Work Agency licensing position and insurance are confirmed.
Driving & Distribution
Supply is not promised until driver-verification and insurance processes are operational.
Skilled Trades
Selected trades only, after competence and insurance controls are operational.
